Meeting of the young generation of Slovakia 25–26 June 1932

Self-confident generations of Slovaks quickly developed under democratic interwar conditions. They felt the need to socially assert themselves and define current problems, but clashes were caused by the misunderstandings of the older generation and a lack of job opportunities – especially for the intelligentsia. Representatives of the young intelligentsia from the key Slovak political camps discussed these issues at a turbulent joint meeting in Turčianske Teplice.
