Romania’s Alliances: the Treaties with Poland, France and Italy.
Within its foreign policy, for consolidating territorial unity and integrity, Romania signed alliance treaties with Poland (1921 and 1926), France (1926) and Italy (1926). At the same time, through Nicolae Titulescu, it was actively involved in creating a system of collective security which would contribute to preserving the Versailles system.
